With heavy hearts we announce that our father, Richard "RB" Joseph Brenneman, founder and former owner of Brenneman's Body Shop, passed away on Monday (Dec. 11, 2017). The family will host a gathering to greet relatives and friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 17, 2017) at Petersen Funeral Home in Newton.

Memorial donations can be made to the Mary Kessler Scholarship Fund in care of the Newton Presbyterian Manor or Harry Hynes Hospice of Newton.

Our love and appreciation goes out to the amazing caregivers, nurses, residents and staff of both Newton Presbyterian Manor and Harry Hynes Hospice. All of these wonderful people helped make this difficult time a little bit easier for us. We are all very thankful for the love and support that was shown to "RB" and us.
