Christie E. Rupp Jr.
Christie E. Rupp Jr., 72, passed away Monday (Aug. 17, 2009)
at Mercy Hospital in Moundridge.
He was born on May 1, 1937, in Newton to Christie Sr. and
Esther Lattschar Rupp.
He was a lifelong farmer and a member of West Zion Mennonite
Church in Moundridge. He had been a resident of Memorial Home in Moundridge
since 1997.
Christie was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by second cousins.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Moundridge
Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at West
Zion Church Cemetery, followed by an 11 a.m. memorial service at West Zion
Mennonite Church in Moundridge.
Memorials may be given to Moundridge Historical Society or
Mennonite Disaster Service in care of the funeral home.
