Simon Ho
Obituary
Simon Chuen Mun Ho, 74, passed away
after a brief illness, surrounded by loved ones, on Monday (June 18,
2018). He was born in China in 1944 to Ming Sum and Wai Ah (Koo) Ho.
Simon, along with his wife, Rosa, owned
and operated China Garden Restaurant at 411 N. Main St. for nearly 25
years. He was an avid fisherman and gardener, often sharing his
bounty with family, friends and even strangers. He is remembered for
being generous with his time, spirit and cooking, and was a father
figure to many.
He is preceded in death by his father
and mother.
Simon is survived by his wife, Rosa;
daughters, Andie (Martin) and Belinda (Theo); brothers, Peter (Susan)
and Bill (Tina); and nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 8:30 a.m.
Friday (June 22, 2018) at Palm Eastern Mortuary in Las Vegas.
