Dorothy V. Sturdy

Dorothy V. Sturdy, 84, passed away Friday (Feb. 22, 2008) at Medicalodge in
Goddard.
She was born
April 26, 1923, in Denton, Neb., to Edward and Virginia (Phillips) Kleager.
Both are deceased.
She married
Dale C. Sturdy on Dec. 10, 1940, in Cheney, Neb. He died March 24, 2007.
She was a
Goddard resident for six years, formerly of Wichita and Halstead.
She is
survived by a sister, Irma Davis of Klamath Falls, Ore.
She also was
preceded in death by a brother, George Kleager.
Graveside
service and burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cheney Cemetery in Cheney, with
Pastor Pat Norris officiating.
