Leland Unruh
HAYSVILLE - Unruh, Leland,
age 79, retired Campus High School teacher 1966-1991, passed away Oct. 13,
2007. Leland taught school for 33 years, he was also a farmer and a
herpetologist. Leland was an Army Veteran in the Korean War. Visitation: 10
am-8 pm Tuesday with family present 6-8 pm at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway,
Haysville. Service: 10:30 am Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007 at Haysville United
Methodist Church, 601 E. Grand, Haysville. He is preceded in death by his wife
Joan. Survived by: children, Arden Unruh, Haysville, Karla (Jeff) Stauffer,
Newton, William "Bill" (Lorrieann "Lorrie") Unruh,
Honolulu, HI, grandchildren, Misti and Coltin Unruh, Andrew, Brian, and Michael
Stauffer, Christopher and Megan Unruh, brothers, Nolan (Vonita) Unruh, Clinton,
OK, Arline (Neva Jean) Unruh, Liberal, KS, sisters, Evelyn (Don) Mulherin,
Weatherford, OK, Hellen (Joe) Bamberg, Covington, OK, many nieces and nephews.
