ILENE MARGARET (SHANK) CHISHOLM

92, passed away at Monday, February 29, 2016 in Newton, Kansas. She was born in Peabody, Kansas to Alexander J. Shank and Martha Ann (Skinner) Shank. She attended Peabody Schools and also worked as a waitress at the Wichita Stockyards. She is survived by her daughter Johnnie Morrison of Newton; grandson Jeffery Nunns of Redondo Beach, California; granddaughters Lisa Nunns of Wichita, Kansas and Lori Nunns-Michels of Murrieta, California; niece Ann Stimic; 1 great grandchild, many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Alexandra and Martha Ann Shank, brother Ernest Harold Shank and sister Helen Pearl Sattler. Visitation 4-6 p.m., Thursday, March 3, and Service 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4, both held at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Graveside following the service at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
