Shawn M.
Terwey Battiste, 37, died Saturday (Nov. 18, 2006) at her home.
She was a
resident of Hutchinson, moving to Newton in the last six months.
She was a
certified nurse aide, working for Presbyterian Manor in Newton.
Survivors
include daughters Tanesha Terwey of Hutchinson and Da'Shawn Battiste of
Junction City; son Darrin Battiste Jr. of Junction City; her father, Dennis J.
Terwey of Hutchinson; sister, Gwendolyn Diane Terwey of Hutchinson; and
grandparents Elizabeth Terwey of Hutchinson, and Jim and Delores Cooper of
Clouquet, Minn.
She was
preceded in death by her mother.
The funeral
will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Elliott Chapel in Hutchinson.

call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Chapel.
