Diane C. Blair

Diane C. Blair, 63, died Friday (Dec. 16, 2005) at her residence in Newton. She was born July 5, 1942, to Kermit Lester and Linda Louise (Reimer) Anderson in Salina. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother survives. She was a member of First Mennonite Church of Newton. Diane retired from Newton Presbyterian Manor as a food service employee. She enjoyed the company of her animals and looked forward to visits from her family and neighbors. Other survivors include: a son, Jimmy Earl Blair of Gary, Ind.; a daughter, Teresa Louise Forbis of Lake City, Iowa; a brother, Robert Anderson and wife Fran of Newton; a sister, Barbara L. Moulds and husband Don of Hesston; and four grandchildren.

Private family services will be officiated by Pastor Clarence Rempel of First Mennonite Church.

There will be a private family inurnment.

Memorials have been established with the American Heart Association in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
