Bill C. Bainbridge III

Bill C. Bainbridge III, 71, died
January 11, 2021 in Newton, Kansas.
He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on
September 28, 1949, the son of William Bainbridge II and Evelyn
(Holland) Bainbridge.
Bill was a passionate inventor of
quality aviation products which led to him starting his own company
over 35 years ago, B&C Specialty Products. In 1986 Bill launched
the development of his first products, the 200G. B&C went on to
introduce a line of alternators, Linear Voltage Regulators, and a
lightweight starter for Continental engines.
Bill is survived by his sons, Nathan
(Alisha) Bainbridge and William (Diana CastaƱos) Bainbridge;
daughters, Sarah (Mike) Carter and Elizabeth (Peter) Van Kort; 9
grandchildren; brother, Mark Bainbridge; and sisters, Masha Carpenter
and Jean Bainbridge. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held Friday,
January 22, at 1:00 p.m., at Petersen Funeral Home. A visitation will
be held prior to services from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..
