Gary L. Sickbert

Decatur - Gary L. Sickbert of Decatur, IL. passed away at his home on 8/10/21 at the age of 83.

Gary was the son of R.D. and Mary (Hendrickson) Sickbert and grew up in Sedgwick and graduated from Sedgwick High School. He worked for KG & E as a lineman and graduated from WSU in 1966. He retired from Illinois Power Company in 1995 as Manager of Operations.

Gary married Janet Torline of Newton on January 16, 1960. They have 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
