Halstead- Phillip D. Adams, 80, died
March 28, 2022 at Halstead, KS.
He was born January 23, 1942 at Butler,
MO to Roy and Mildred M. (Hinkle) Adams.
He retired as Harvey County Road and
Bridge Superintendent. He served Halstead in many various capacities,
not all known, among these was Boy and Girl Scout leader, Charter
member of the Halstead Community Foundation, Halstead Historical
Society, Old Settlers Committee Great Race Chairman for 27 years and
Halstead City Council.
On January 2, 1961 he married Marilyn
A. ?Mary? Seibel at Newton. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include son: Patrick
(Mary) Adams, Halstead; daughters: Barbara and Susan Adams, Halstead;
brothers: Jake (Marge) Adams, Greensburg; Gary (Karen) Adams, Kansas
City, MO; five grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
