William Henry Johnson William Johnson was the son of Fred Johnson and Viola King. He married Elsie Marie Struebing on 26 Sep 1926 in Newton, Harvey, Ks. The had 3 children: Walter Carol, Dwane Forrest, and Carolyn Jean.∼Bill was the son of Fred and Viola King Johnson. He had one older sister, Edna Ruth Work, and younger siblings, Harold Raymond Johnson, Mildred Amelia Gilchrist and Ernest Clarence Johnson. The family lived on a farm near Walton, Ks.
