Carlton L. Schroeder, 50, Route 1, Parker, Kan., formerly of Newton, died Monday (Dec. 5, 1977) from injuries received in an automobile accident.  He was born July 11, 1927, in Newton, the son of Marvin and Anna Schroeder.  He had been an air traffic controller with the Federal Aviation Administration for the past 17 years.  He was a member of the Rainbow Boulevard Mennonite Church in Kansas City, Kansas.  Survivors include the widow, Wilma G., of the home; one son, Leland Bruce, Topeka; his mother, Mrs. Anna Schroeder, Kansas City, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Shirley Randall, Santa Monica, Calif.; and three grandchildren.  Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 10) in the Petersen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Albert H.
